El reino animal es una fuente inagotable de inspiración para los artistas de Lladró. Lo demuestran las más de dos mil piezas de fieras, aves y felinos que los expertos de la Ciudad de la Porcelana han creado hasta hoy. El enfoque geométrico del ORIGAMI, inspirado en el antiguo arte japonés de crear figuras mediante el doblado del papel, representa una abstracción del concepto que dota de expresión y un valor contemporáneo a las piezas “facetadas” de la Colección: pantera, conejo, búho, cisne, rana y gallina. Una jungla de porcelana vista desde el visor de un caleidoscopio. La Pantera es una figura de porcelana que demuestra como la originalidad y la innovación no están reñidas con la elegancia. Las líneas depuradas de uno de los animales más bellos del mundo, interpretadas según un atractivo y depurado esquema de líneas geométricas. Existe en azul, coral, negro y blanco brillo con toques coloridos, y una edición especial Verde Harrods o “Harrods Green”
The animal kingdom is an endless source of inspiration for Lladró artists, which is demonstrated by over two thousand pieces of wild animals, birds and felines that the experts at the City of Porcelain have created up to today. The geometric approach, inspired by Japanese Origami art, which consists of shaping objects through continuous folding of paper, represents an abstraction of the concept which gives an expression and a contemporary value to the “faceted” pieces in the collection including figurines of a panther, rabbit, owl, frog and a hen. The refined lines of one of the most beautiful animals in the world are interpreted according to attractive and pure geometric lines.
